The historic character of the hotel gives the restaurant a unique atmosphere. The Rose Restaurant uses its historic setting not only as inspiration for its design but also for its menu, which includes local and traditional dishes, celebrating the cultural heritage of the region.
The restaurant has a unique summer terrace, situated on a rock above the Vltava River. The terrace is an ideal place to relax during the warm months, where you can enjoy your meal in a pleasant environment with a view of the calm water surface.
A rich breakfast buffet is served every morning in the hotel restaurant.
Opening hours:
Breakfast: 6.30 a.m. — 10 a.m.
Lunch and dinner: 3 p.m. — 8 p.m.
